FAQsPest Control Contracts & Tenders

Yearly and monthly pest control contracts, housekeeping and janitorial contracts, fumigation contracts and tender submissions — for factories, restaurants, warehouses, superstores, hotels, hospitals, schools, homes and farmhouses. What is included, how often visits happen, and how services combine under one contract.

What is an annual pest control contract?

A yearly agreement covering scheduled pest control across the whole year at an agreed price, rather than calling someone each time you see something.

What an AMC gives you that call-outs do not:

  • Scheduled visits at a frequency set by risk assessment, so problems are found while small
  • A known annual cost you can budget, instead of unpredictable emergencies
  • Continuous records — the evidence pack auditors and customers ask for
  • Priority response between visits, with the response time written into the agreement
  • Monitoring devices maintained and read on schedule
  • A named account manager who knows your site

Contracts can be monthly or annual, and can cover pest control alone or combine pest control, deep cleaning and housekeeping under one agreement.

Who genuinely needs one: any site that is audited, inspected, or open to the public. Who may not: a home with no recurring problem, where one-time treatment plus proofing is often the honest answer.

What is included in a pest control contract?

Scope is written from a site survey rather than sold as a package — but every contract contains the same core elements.

Included Detail
Scheduled treatments Frequency set by risk assessment
Monitoring devices Supplied, numbered, mapped, read every visit
Emergency response Between scheduled visits, at an agreed response time
Service reports Dated, after every visit
Audit documentation Programme document, device map, trend analysis, corrective action log
Proofing recommendations Raised, tracked and closed out
Account manager Named, reachable, familiar with your site
Staff briefing What your team should watch for and report

Optional additions: deep cleaning, water tank cleaning, housekeeping and janitorial staff deputation, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and fumigation where the commodity or an export requirement calls for it.

What is quoted separately: structural proofing work, and any treatment outside the agreed scope. Both are itemised before they happen, never added afterwards.

Should I take a monthly or an annual pest control contract?

Annual for anything audited or public-facing. Monthly suits seasonal operations and sites testing the arrangement before committing.

Monthly contract Annual contract (AMC)
Commitment Short, rolling Twelve months
Rate Higher per visit Better per visit
Audit evidence Partial — gaps show Continuous, which is what auditors want
Trend analysis Too short a run to be meaningful Full-year picture
Seasonal planning Reactive Built in — treat before each peak
Best for Seasonal businesses, trial periods Factories, hotels, food businesses, warehouses, retail

The decisive point for an audited site is that a broken record reads badly. An auditor seeing three months covered and then a gap concludes control lapsed — and is correct.

Within either, visit frequency is separate: weekly, bi-weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or bi-annual, set by the situation and infestation level.

Can one contract cover pest control, housekeeping and janitorial services?

Yes — and combining them works better than separate suppliers, because the three jobs constantly affect each other.

What goes wrong with separate contractors: the cleaning team removes bait placements without knowing what they were. The pest technician reports grease build-up that the cleaning specification never covered. Housekeeping stores cardboard where it attracts exactly what the treatment is targeting. Each blames the others, and the cause survives.

Under one combined contract:

  • Treatment and deep cleaning are scheduled around each other — cleaning first, then treatment, so products go onto clean surfaces
  • Findings from one feed straight into the other’s scope
  • Deputed housekeeping staff are briefed on what to watch for and report daily
  • You hold one set of records for audit instead of reconciling three
  • One account manager is accountable for the outcome
  • Fewer separate visits, so less operational disruption

The contract should state clearly which party is responsible for each area. That boundary is where most facility agreements fail.

What does a pest control contract for a factory include?

Daily deputation on site, with scheduled technical services beneath it — because a production environment cannot wait for the next monthly visit.

What a factory contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff deputed daily for continuous monitoring and same-day response when production reports something
  • Zone-based programme — production, packing, stores, canteen, waste and external perimeter each treated to their own risk
  • Rodent control at the perimeter, with non-toxic monitoring inside the building
  • Goods-in inspection, since most infestations arrive with deliveries
  • Fly and flying-insect control around lines and loading bays
  • Audit documentation maintained live — device map, trend analysis, corrective actions closed out
  • Staff training with a verifiable certificate for your in-house team

Scheduling works around production runs and shutdowns so treatment never interrupts manufacturing, and heavier work is planned into maintenance windows.

The commercial case is straightforward: one rejected consignment or one failed audit exceeds the annual contract.

What does a pest control contract for a restaurant include?

Scheduled visits from weekly to monthly depending on kitchen volume, worked around your trading hours, with the records a food authority inspector will ask for.

What a restaurant contract covers:

  • Kitchen and back-of-house treatment using concealed gel rather than open spraying, so you do not close
  • Drain and grease trap treatment — the actual source of most cockroach and fly problems
  • Fly control including light trap servicing and tube replacement on schedule
  • Rodent monitoring in stores, bin areas and the perimeter
  • Dining area and outdoor seating covered
  • Out-of-hours visits — after last service or before opening
  • Inspector-ready documentation, kept where it can be handed over immediately

Optional and commonly added: kitchen exhaust and chimney cleaning, and deep cleaning of equipment interiors — which matters because grease is the food supply keeping the problem alive.

If you have been spraying monthly and still have cockroaches, the frequency is not the problem. The method is.

What does a pest control contract for a warehouse include?

Daily deputation for a large or high-throughput warehouse, built around monitoring and goods-in control rather than routine treatment.

Warehousing is monitoring-led. What the contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff on site daily — most valuably to inspect incoming pallets, which is how infestations actually arrive
  • Pheromone monitoring for stored product pests, so activity is detected and located early
  • Perimeter rodent control in secured external stations, with mechanical traps inside
  • Bird proofing where roof access is an issue
  • Inspection gap discipline — pallets kept clear of walls so anything can be seen
  • Stock rotation review, since slow-moving stock in a back corner is where infestations mature
  • Fumigation arranged when justified by the monitoring — not annually by habit

The monitoring data has commercial value beyond compliance: it shows which supplier or delivery window correlates with activity, which turns a recurring loss into a fixable one.

What does a pest control contract for a superstore or supermarket include?

Daily deputation, out-of-hours treatment and shared-area control — because in retail the person who finds a pest is a customer with a phone.

What makes a superstore different:

  • Open food and dry goods aisles alongside non-food, so treatment options are restricted where product is exposed
  • Constant goods-in across many suppliers
  • Long trading hours, leaving a narrow treatment window
  • Bakery, butchery and hot food counters — each a small commercial kitchen with its own risk
  • High public visibility

The contract therefore covers daily on-site monitoring and immediate response, night or early-morning treatment outside trading hours, stored product monitoring across dry goods, perimeter rodent control with non-toxic monitoring on the shop floor, drain and waste area treatment, and incoming goods inspection.

For a chain, one specification across every branch means a recurring problem shows as a pattern to head office rather than as unrelated call-outs.

Is an annual pest control contract worth it for a home in DHA or Clifton?

For most homes we recommend monthly monitoring with quarterly service — and for coastal DHA and Clifton properties there is a genuine reason beyond convenience.

What these areas contend with:

  • Coastal humidity keeps cockroaches, silverfish and mosquitoes active across more of the year than inland
  • Mature landscaping and green belts supporting termites, ants and mosquitoes
  • Older housing stock in parts of Clifton, where deemak is often further advanced than the visible damage suggests
  • Shared drainage in apartment buildings, which no single flat can fix
  • Salt-air corrosion opening gaps in seals and mesh over time

A yearly home contract typically covers general treatment, mosquito programmes through monsoon, an annual termite inspection, and priority response between visits.

An honest note: if you have no recurring problem, one-time treatment plus proofing may be all you need, and we will tell you so. The contract earns its place where pressure is genuinely continuous.

What does a pest control contract for a farmhouse cover?

The boundary and the grounds as much as the building — because on a farmhouse the pressure arrives from outside, and treating only the house leaves the route open.

What farmhouses face that city homes do not:

  • Snakes and scorpions from surrounding open ground, especially in summer and after rain
  • Rodents moving in from fields, following harvest rather than temperature
  • Termites from mature soil colonies in undisturbed land
  • Mosquitoes from standing water, tanks and irrigation
  • Long periods unoccupied, when problems establish unnoticed
  • Outbuildings, stables and stores that are rarely inspected

A farmhouse contract therefore emphasises perimeter and boundary treatment, snake and scorpion proofing at door gaps and drains, clearing shelter such as rubble and stored material from against walls, rodent control across outbuildings, and water tank cleaning.

Scheduling around your visits matters — a property used at weekends is best treated before arrival, and an empty property is the easiest to treat thoroughly.

What does a pest control contract for a hotel or guest house include?

Daily deputation, room checks at turnover, and a bed bug protocol — because in hospitality the complaint becomes a permanent public review.

What a hotel contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff on site daily, so a room complaint is attended within the hour rather than at the next scheduled visit
  • Room inspection at turnover, when rooms are empty and accessible
  • Bed bug detection and response — the defining hospitality risk, arriving in guest luggage regardless of how clean the hotel is
  • Kitchen, store and waste area programmes at higher frequency
  • Public area and grounds treatment, including mosquito control for outdoor dining
  • Discreet working — unmarked presentation where you prefer it
  • Staff training so housekeeping recognise early evidence at changeover

Early detection at turnover keeps bed bugs to one room. Discovery by a guest rarely does — which is the entire commercial argument for daily cover.

Do you participate in pest control tenders in Pakistan?

Yes — we bid for pest control, fumigation, housekeeping and janitorial tenders from government departments, hospitals, universities, factories, banks and corporate groups across Pakistan.

Send us the tender document and we will tell you promptly whether we can meet every requirement. We would rather decline a tender than submit against a clause we cannot honour.

What we can supply with a bid:

  • Company registration and profile documents
  • ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates under IAF-accredited certification
  • D-U-N-S 85-040-5969 for independent verification
  • Method statements and risk assessments
  • Technician competency and training records
  • Safety data sheets and an approved product list
  • Technical proposal, schedule of works and reporting formats
  • Client references in the relevant sector

Contracts are also called AMC — annual maintenance contracts — in some tender documents. Same arrangement, different heading.

What documents does a pest control tender usually require?

Most tenders ask for the same evidence pack. Knowing it in advance is what lets you shortlist bidders quickly and reject the ones who cannot produce it.

Requirement Why it is asked for
Company registration documents Confirms the bidder is a real, traceable business
Certification with numbers Verifiable with the issuing body — not a printed logo
Method statements Shows how the work will actually be done
Risk assessments Required before anyone works on your site
Product list and safety data sheets What will be used, and its safety profile
Technician competency records Who attends, and what they are trained to do
Schedule of works Frequency, zones and scope
Reporting format sample What documentation you will hold afterwards
Sector references Evidence of comparable work

Advice for anyone writing a tender: ask for certificate numbers rather than copies, and ask for a sample service report. Both are difficult to fake and they separate serious bidders immediately.

Do you provide housekeeping and janitorial services on contract?

Yes — trained, supervised housekeeping and janitorial staff on monthly or yearly contract, in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

What the contract includes:

  • Trained staff deputed to your site with a written scope of duties
  • Supervision and quality checks, rather than a person sent and forgotten
  • Absence cover arranged, so you are never left without
  • Materials, equipment and consumables supplied
  • Periodic deep cleaning scheduled alongside daily housekeeping
  • Optional combination with pest control under one agreement

Suited to offices, banks, hospitals and clinics, schools and universities, factories, warehouses, retail stores, malls, hotels and housing societies.

Why combining it with pest control matters commercially: daily housekeeping decides waste handling, storage practice and pantry hygiene — the three things that drive most infestations. Under one contract the daily team is briefed on what to report, which catches problems weeks before a scheduled treatment visit would.

Scope is set from a site visit rather than a standard package.

Can I take a fumigation contract, or is it charged per consignment?

Both are available, and which one suits you depends on whether fumigation is a regular operational need or an occasional requirement.

Per consignment Yearly contract
Best for Occasional exports, one-off treatments Regular exporters, mills, grain and commodity storage
Scheduling Booked each time Priority slots, planned around your despatch calendar
Rate Per job Agreed annual rates
Certification Issued per treatment Issued per treatment, same standard

A yearly fumigation contract is worth having if you export regularly, because the common cause of delay is not the treatment — it is booking too close to the vessel date. Sealing, exposure and full aeration commonly take 24 to 72 hours.

For warehouses, note that fumigation should be triggered by monitoring rather than scheduled annually by habit. A contract that commits you to yearly fumigation regardless of need is selling you something you may not require.

What does a pest control contract for a hospital or clinic include?

Daily deputation with zone-based scheduling, and documentation that stands up to healthcare regulators.

Hospitals cannot be treated as one building. What the contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff on site daily for continuous monitoring and immediate response to ward or kitchen reports
  • Clinical areas by exclusion — theatres, ICU and sterile zones are protected by proofing and monitoring, not treatment
  • Kitchens and catering at the highest scheduled frequency
  • Wards, OPD and public areas on a planned cycle
  • Waste handling and holding areas, a common source
  • External perimeter and grounds
  • Documentation forming part of the evidence reviewed by SHCC, PHC or IHRA

Work in patient areas is planned with your infection control team rather than arranged around them, and scheduling works around clinical activity.

Housekeeping and janitorial staff can be deputed under the same contract, which matters here because waste handling and cleaning practice drive most of the risk.

What does a pest control contract for a school, college or university include?

Treatment scheduled into holidays and after hours, with the records inspectors and parents ask for.

The governing constraint is that children are present, so method matters more than frequency. What the contract covers:

  • Work during holidays, weekends and after hours — never with students in the building
  • Canteens, kitchens and tuck shops at higher frequency
  • Classrooms, labs and libraries on a planned cycle
  • Hostels and dormitories, where bed bugs are the recurring issue — they arrive with luggage each term
  • Grounds and standing water for mosquito control, which matters for dengue during and after monsoon
  • Waste areas and drainage
  • Records available for inspection and for parent enquiries

Plan the major work into the summer and winter breaks. An empty building is treated far more thoroughly than an occupied one, and nothing is disrupted.

Housekeeping and janitorial staff can be deputed under the same contract.

What does a pest control contract for an office include?

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits depending on footfall and risk, worked around your business hours.

Offices are usually straightforward, and the problems concentrate in predictable places:

  • Pantry and kitchenette — where nearly every office cockroach and ant problem starts
  • Waste collection points and bin stores
  • Server and utility rooms, warm and undisturbed
  • False ceilings and cable voids, where rodents travel
  • Storage and record rooms, where cardboard accumulates
  • Parking basements and external perimeter

Treatment is scheduled after hours or at weekends so nobody is disturbed, and concealed placement is used rather than open spraying wherever it works.

The highest-value part of an office contract is usually the briefing: telling your admin and housekeeping team what to watch for in the pantry and waste areas. Most office infestations are preventable by practice rather than treatment.

Housekeeping staff deputation can be combined under the same contract.

What does a pest control contract for a shopping mall include?

Daily deputation and central control of the shared areas — because that is where mall problems originate and no individual tenant can fix them.

What the contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff on site daily for monitoring and immediate response to tenant or visitor complaints
  • Shared waste areas, ducting and drainage treated centrally — the usual source
  • Food court coordination, applying one standard across every unit rather than leaving each tenant to arrange their own
  • Basements, parking and service corridors
  • Out-of-hours treatment outside trading times
  • Landscaping and external perimeter, including mosquito control
  • Reporting to mall management in one format, so patterns are visible

The commercial argument is reputational. In a mall the person who finds a cockroach is a member of the public with a phone, and one post outlasts any treatment.

Where individual tenants arrange their own pest control, problems simply move between units. Central control of shared services is what breaks that cycle.

What does a pest control contract for a housing society or apartment building include?

The common areas, drainage and boundary — which is exactly what individual households cannot treat, and where the problem usually lives.

Why building-wide beats flat-by-flat: cockroaches and rodents travel through shared drainage, service ducts and cable runs. One treated flat above an untreated shared system will keep seeing them, and the resident concludes the treatment failed.

What the contract covers:

  • Shared drainage, sewerage lines and manholes — usually the actual source
  • Waste collection points and bin stores
  • Basements, parking, stairwells and lift lobbies
  • Water tank cleaning, overhead and underground
  • Parks, green belts and boundary lines
  • Mosquito programmes through and after monsoon
  • Perimeter rodent control
  • Optional discounted rates for individual flats inside the society

Reporting goes to the management committee, which settles most resident complaints before they escalate because there is a documented record of what was done and where.

What does a yearly pest control contract cost?

It is quoted after a site survey, because contract pricing depends on things that can only be seen on site — and any figure given before that will be revised.

What decides the annual figure:

Factor Effect
Visit frequency The largest single factor — daily deputation differs greatly from quarterly
Site size and number of zones More area, more devices, longer visits
Property type A food factory carries more scope than an office
Current infestation level An initial clearance phase may be needed first
Documentation level An audited site needs more than a service report
Combined services Housekeeping or deep cleaning added
Number of branches Multi-site arrangements are quoted together

The survey is free and there is no obligation. You receive a written proposal naming the scope, frequency, products, reporting and response times — which you can compare directly against any other bid.

We are not a premium-priced company. We charge standard economical rates and do not fund a lower price by cutting visit frequency or product grade.

What does a pest control contract for cold storage or a food processing unit include?

Daily deputation with a programme built around the fact that treatment options narrow sharply the closer you get to open product.

What the contract covers:

  • Dedicated staff on site daily for monitoring, goods-in inspection and same-day response
  • Exclusion-led control in production and cold areas — proofing, door discipline and non-toxic monitoring rather than application
  • Perimeter rodent control in secured external stations, mechanical traps inside
  • Cold store specifics — door seals, condenser units and the warm pockets around machinery where insects survive
  • Stored product monitoring across dry goods and packaging
  • Drainage and waste, the usual fly source
  • Full audit documentation maintained live for customer and regulatory inspection

Cold storage carries a specific trap: low temperature suppresses activity without removing it. Insects survive in warm pockets around motors and door frames, then reappear when temperatures fluctuate or a unit is defrosted.

Deep cleaning is normally scheduled alongside, since residue in floor channels and behind equipment is what sustains the population.

Can I cancel or change a pest control contract mid-term?

Terms are set out in the agreement before you sign, and we would rather review a contract that is not working than hold you to one that is not.

What should be written into any contract you sign — ours or anyone else’s:

  • Notice period for cancellation by either side
  • Review points where frequency and scope can be adjusted
  • What happens if service standards are not met
  • Response time commitment between scheduled visits
  • Renewal terms — and whether it renews automatically
  • What is excluded, so additions are never a surprise

On frequency: it should be reviewed rather than fixed forever. A site clear for two years may justify a reduction, and a documented review is good audit evidence in itself. Equally, a site with rising activity needs an increase rather than the same schedule repeated.

If a contract is not delivering, tell us before the renewal date. In most cases the issue is scope or frequency set wrongly at the start, and it is fixable.

What does a pest control contract for a textile mill or garment factory include?

Daily deputation, with the programme built around fabric damage and export rejection rather than hygiene alone.

What is actually at risk in a textile operation:

  • Fabric-feeding insects in natural fibre stock, finished garments and stored bales — damage is discovered at packing or, worse, by the buyer
  • Rodents gnawing fabric, cartons and electrical cable across large sheds
  • Birds entering through high openings and roof vents, fouling stock below
  • Stored product pests in canteen and raw material stores

The contract covers daily monitoring, goods-in inspection, perimeter rodent control, bird proofing at roof level, godown and finished goods monitoring, and treatment scheduled around shifts so production is not interrupted.

The commercial argument is export. A buyer finding insect damage or contamination in a consignment rejects the lot and reviews the relationship — a cost far beyond any contract. Buyers also increasingly ask for pest control documentation as part of their own audit.

What does a pest control contract for a flour mill, rice mill or grain store include?

Monitoring-led control with fumigation used when the monitoring calls for it — not on an annual calendar.

Milling and grain storage face concentrated stored product pest pressure: weevils and grain beetles in bulk stock, moths in finished flour and packaging, residue accumulating in machinery and elevator pits, and rodents drawn by a permanent food supply.

What the contract covers:

  • Daily deputation for large operations — monitoring, goods-in inspection and housekeeping discipline
  • Pheromone monitoring across storage and production, so activity is located early
  • Machinery and pit cleaning schedules, since residue is what sustains populations
  • Perimeter rodent control with mechanical traps inside
  • Bird proofing at intakes and roof openings
  • Stock rotation review
  • Fumigation arranged when justified, with certification

The point worth stressing: in milling, sanitation of machinery and pits does more than any treatment frequency. Residue left in an elevator pit reseeds the whole plant.

What does a pest control contract for a bakery or sweet shop include?

Frequent scheduled visits with concealed treatment only, because sugar, flour and warmth together make this one of the highest-pressure environments there is.

Why bakeries and mithai shops attract so much: constant warmth from ovens, sugar and syrup residue, open flour and dry goods, and long operating hours leaving little cleaning window.

What the contract covers:

  • Weekly to monthly visits by production volume
  • Concealed gel and enclosed devices only — no open spraying near product
  • Oven surrounds, proving areas and equipment interiors, where warmth sustains cockroaches
  • Flour and dry goods stores, monitored for stored product pests
  • Drains, grease traps and waste points
  • Display counters and customer areas
  • Out-of-hours treatment
  • Inspector-ready documentation

Deep cleaning matters more here than in most food businesses. Sugar and syrup residue in equipment joints and floor channels is the food supply — treatment competing against it is treatment working uphill.

What does a pest control contract for a marriage hall or banquet include?

Treatment timed around the event calendar, with the kitchen and waste areas carrying most of the risk.

Banquet operations have a pattern nothing else shares: intense activity for a few hours, very large volumes of food waste generated at once, then quiet periods when nobody is watching the building.

What the contract covers:

  • Scheduled visits planned around your booking calendar — never during an event
  • Kitchen, preparation and cold storage areas
  • Waste collection points, which after a large function are the single biggest attractant
  • Dining halls, stages and seating areas
  • Outdoor lawns and marquee areas — mosquito control matters commercially, because guests notice within minutes
  • Drains and grease traps
  • Store rooms holding crockery, linen and decor between events

Mosquito control on outdoor lawns is worth planning seasonally rather than reacting. During and after monsoon it is the most common guest complaint at an evening function, and it directly affects repeat bookings.

What does a pest control contract for a bank or branch network include?

Discreet out-of-hours service across every branch on one specification, with record rooms and cable voids as the real priorities.

Banks are low-footfall compared with retail, but two risks are specific and expensive:

  • Rodents in cable voids and false ceilings. Gnawed data and power cabling causes outages, and in a branch network an outage is a customer-facing failure
  • Record and archive rooms. Paper storage attracts silverfish and rodents, and damaged records are rarely recoverable

The contract covers scheduled after-hours visits so no customer sees the work, cable void and false ceiling monitoring, record room protection, pantry and staff kitchen areas, ATM lobbies and their surrounds, waste points, and the external perimeter and basement parking.

For a branch network, one specification with consolidated reporting lets head office see which branches recur — usually a building issue at one location rather than a general problem.

Housekeeping and janitorial staff can be deputed under the same contract.

What does a pest control contract for a poultry or dairy farm include?

Rodent and fly control at scale, with methods chosen around livestock safety.

Farm operations carry pressure few other sites do: feed stores providing a permanent food supply, manure and bedding breeding flies in enormous numbers, open structures that cannot be sealed like a building, and surrounding fields supplying a constant rodent population.

What the contract covers:

  • Perimeter and feed store rodent control, with placements secured away from livestock
  • Fly control focused on breeding sources — manure handling, wet bedding, drainage — rather than adult knockdown
  • Feed store protection against stored product pests
  • Bird proofing where practical
  • Mosquito control around standing water and tanks
  • Records for buyers and processors who ask for them

The economics are direct: rodents eat and contaminate feed continuously, and heavy fly burdens measurably affect livestock condition. Both are ongoing losses rather than events.

Manure and waste management does more for fly control than any treatment. We will say so plainly at survey, because spraying around a breeding source is money spent badly.

What does a pest control contract for a gym, salon or spa include?

Discreet scheduled visits with changing rooms, towel storage and drainage as the priorities — because in these businesses a single sighting travels straight to social media.

Where the risk concentrates:

  • Changing rooms and lockers — warm, humid, and holding personal belongings
  • Towel and linen storage, especially where damp items are held before laundry
  • Wet areas and floor drains — steam rooms, showers and washing stations, which favour cockroaches and silverfish
  • Pantry, juice bar and staff areas
  • Treatment beds and upholstered furniture in salons and spas
  • Waste points, particularly with hair and organic waste

Method matters here. Clients are in close contact with surfaces and often barefoot, so concealed placement is used rather than open spraying, and visits are scheduled outside opening hours.

Deep cleaning of upholstery and treatment beds is commonly added, and in salons and spas it is worth having on the same contract for the hygiene record as much as the pest control.
