IPM consultancy and pest-control audit support in Pakistan
Practical IPM programmes, audit-ready pest records and clear technical support for sites across Pakistan.
A usable system for the people who run the site
Pest Orbit turns site findings into a working IPM plan: prevention, monitoring, action levels, targeted control and clear follow-up for quality, HSE and facility teams.
Design or reset the programme
Define the scope, zones, likely pests, inspection route, monitoring points, action levels and escalation path for the facility.
Review audit evidence
Check maps, visit reports, pest-sighting records, product information, trend reviews and corrective-action closure for missing or unclear evidence.
Support implementation
Help the site team use the plan through scheduled technical review, contractor oversight, training and IPMS reporting where included.
Six steps from survey to verification
Each step follows the site risk and the evidence already available. Pest Orbit supports the pest-management scope; certification decisions remain with the client’s appointed body.
Inspect the perimeter, buildings, utilities, goods flow, waste areas and current records.
Record pest routes, harbourage, vulnerable zones and practical monitoring points.
Define what triggers escalation, who owns the response and when action is due.
Align maps, visit reports, sighting logs, product records and corrective actions.
Verify that monitoring, proofing, hygiene and treatment match the written plan.
Explain the pest evidence, track actions and verify closure at the agreed interval.
Technical evidence for your management system
Pest Orbit supports the pest-management part of a client audit. The service is designed around the site’s actual framework and documented scope.
What Pest Orbit can support
- IPM programme and site-specific risk review
- Monitoring maps, visit records and trend discussion
- Material registers and safety records where applicable
- Corrective actions, owners and closure evidence
- Technical attendance when included in the contract
What the claim means
Pest Orbit can prepare pest-control evidence relevant to HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB, GMP or DRAP requirements where they apply to the client. Those programmes and certifications belong to the client and its appointed certification or regulatory bodies; Pest Orbit does not grant or claim them.

Local site knowledge with a Pakistan-wide scope
Karachi is the main commercial focus. Consultancy is still planned around each facility, with regional attendance agreed against the site risk, access and contract.
Karachi industrial areas
SITE, Korangi, Landhi, North Karachi, Port Qasim and Bin Qasim, plus corporate and regulated facilities across the city. See the Karachi service hub.
Interior Sindh
Nooriabad, Hyderabad and Kotri, Sukkur, Ghotki and other agreed industrial routes are planned by survey need and programme schedule.
Across Pakistan
Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and relevant industrial locations are scheduled through the appropriate team.
Apply the programme to the facility’s real risk
Use the dedicated service page when you need an operating programme for a particular sector. Use consultancy when the main need is design, gap review or oversight.
Assess first, then define the contract or consultancy scope
A digital assessment can help structure the first discussion. An on-site survey remains the best basis for monitoring points, responsibilities, visit frequency and pricing.
IPM consultancy and audit-support questions
What is IPM consultancy?
It is technical support to design, review or improve an Integrated Pest Management programme. The work connects site risks with prevention, monitoring, action levels, suitable controls, records and follow-up.
Is consultancy different from a pest-control contract?
Yes. Consultancy can review or design the system even when another approved contractor performs routine service. A Pest Orbit contract can combine consultancy, scheduled site work and IPMS reporting when that is the better fit.
Can Pest Orbit prepare us for an AIB, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP or DRAP audit?
Pest Orbit can review and support the pest-control evidence relevant to the client’s programme. The client owns its management system, and certification or regulatory decisions remain with the appointed body.
What records are reviewed?
The agreed review may include the IPM programme, site map, device list, service reports, pest-sighting log, trend records, material and safety information, action levels, corrective actions and evidence of closure.
Do you attend audits?
Technical attendance can be included in the written scope. The consultant explains pest-management records and actions within Pest Orbit’s responsibility; the client remains responsible for its overall audit and certification.
Can the service cover several facilities?
Yes. The scope can set a common reporting structure and separate site risk plans. IPMS access and multi-site reporting are agreed according to the contract.
How often should an IPM programme be reviewed?
The review interval depends on risk, pest findings, audit needs and operational change. A programme should also be reviewed after material changes to the building, process, stock flow, waste route or service evidence.
Does IPM mean no pesticides are used?
No. IPM gives priority to identification, prevention and monitoring, then uses suitable targeted controls when the evidence and risk justify them. The method and safety instructions are documented for the site.
