Local pest management built for Karachi

Pest control services in Karachi are managed from our Karachi office for industrial, commercial and residential sites.

Coastal heat and humidity keep cockroach and rodent pressure active throughout the year. Our programmes combine monitoring, proofing, treatment and practical records around Karachi's local pest conditions.

Pest control for Karachi industry

Open any sector for the programme we actually run there.

Warehouses & cold storage

Mapped station lines, incoming-pallet inspection, dock proofing

Warehouse pest control in Karachi has two pressure sources at once: rodents from surrounding ground, and stored-product insects arriving inside incoming pallets. Treating only the building misses half the problem.

  • Perimeter rodent stations — numbered and mapped, so a reviewer can walk the line and match every station to its record
  • Internal monitoring at wall/floor junctions and racking runs
  • Insect light traps — catch-trays read and logged, not emptied
  • Incoming goods inspection — where infestations actually enter
  • Structural proofing — dock seals, gap proofing, drain screening

Warehouse pest prevention guide

Food processing & manufacturing

Device maps, zone trending, corrective actions, root-cause notes

Supply a multinational, a retailer or an export market and your pest control file gets read by someone outside your company. It has to stand on its own. It has to stand on its own.

  • Site plan with every device numbered and located
  • Trend analysis by device and zone — direction of travel, not just a count
  • Corrective actions with owner, due date and closure evidence
  • Root-cause notes — the most common finding is a file that records catches but never explains them
HACCPFSSC 22000 BRCGSAIB Sindh Food Authority

Pharmaceutical & cleanroom

Non-chemical monitoring in classified areas, change-control records

Pharmaceutical sites cannot be treated like factories. Controlled areas restrict what may be applied and where, so the work shifts almost fully to exclusion and monitoring.

  • Non-chemical monitoring inside controlled and classified areas
  • Treatment confined to external and non-classified zones
  • Differential-pressure and door-seal checks recorded as pest-entry risk
  • Documentation written to sit inside your existing quality system

Pharmaceutical pest management

Cement, steel & heavy industry

Welfare blocks, cable runs, perimeter snake & scorpion risk

Heavy industrial sites in SITE, Landhi and Hub all look alike from a pest point of view. Big open structures. Long cable and pipe runs. Canteens and labour colonies on site. And rodent pressure that sits in the welfare buildings, not in production.

So we start at the welfare and canteen blocks. We seal the service gaps rodents travel through. And we manage snakes and scorpions on the boundary — a real safety issue that most pest contracts ignore.

Port Qasim & export containers

Fumigation to destination requirement, gas-clearance recorded

We run fumigation services in DHA Karachi and across the port zone. Export consignments leaving Karachi are rejected for pest findings more often than for any other hygiene reason.

  • Container, consignment and stack fumigation
  • Certificates matched to destination-country requirements
  • ISPM 15 wood-packaging treatment
  • Gas-clearance readings recorded before release
  • Scheduling around Port Qasim and Bin Qasim gate timings

Hotels, hospitals & retail

Brand-standard audits, IPC reviews, per-unit food-court records
  • Hotels — brand-standard audits, room-level bed bug records, kitchen deep-clean evidence
  • Hospitals — infection prevention and control audits, and provincial healthcare commission (SHCC) reviews, with clinical and non-clinical zones recorded separately
  • Malls & food courts — per-unit records so an individual tenant can produce their own file
Compliance

Audit support — HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, AIB, GMP and WFP

Pest control is one of the first files an auditor opens. It is also one of the most common places findings come from. Included at no extra cost on contract sites:

  • Pre-audit file review against the standard you are audited to
  • Attendance on the day, to answer the pest-control section directly
  • Closure evidence for any pest-related non-conformance
  • Historical trend packs for multi-year certification cycles
  • WFP and donor-funded supply-chain inspection preparation
  • Sindh Food Authority inspection readiness

Read this before comparing quotes. Pest Orbit holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 through an IAF-accredited body, and is listed under DUNS 85-040-5969. Every other standard named on this page — HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS, AIB, SQF, GMP, GDP, ISPM 15, WFP — is a standard your business is audited against. We do not claim to hold them; we make sure the pest-control evidence inside your audit stands up. If a contractor tells you they are "HACCP certified", ask to see the certificate.

Why Pest Orbit

Why Karachi's industrial sites choose us

Most pest contractors sell visits. A factory, food plant or warehouse needs two things: evidence that survives an audit, and people who turn up when something goes wrong.

Audit evidence, not just treatment

Device maps, zone trending, corrective actions with closure evidence and root-cause notes. The file stands on its own when someone who doesn't work for you opens it.

Ph.D.-supervised IPM

Programmes designed and reviewed by entomologists, not copied from a template. Species identification drives the method, which is why the same treatment isn't applied to every site.

Our staff, on your site, daily

Named, uniformed people with a supervisor and a documented escalation route — not a van that appears monthly. Complaints answered the same hour because the team is already there.

Live reporting, not monthly PDFs

Your QA team logs into IPMS and sees exactly what an auditor would see, written the day it happened. When the certification body arrives, the audit pack is one click away.

Built for Karachi, not adapted to it

Coastal humidity means cockroach and rodent pressure never drops to a true winter low here. A schedule written for Punjab under-treats a Karachi plant — ours follows the local pressure curve.

An ISO certified pest control company

We are an ISO certified pest control company — ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 through an IAF-accredited body. HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC and GMP are your certifications — we make the pest-control evidence inside them stand up.

Live reporting

IPMS — your live pest reporting portal

Every contract site gets a login to IPMS, our digital pest management system. Your QA team sees the same record an auditor would, on the day it is written — not a PDF emailed a fortnight later.

What you see in the portal

  • Live service records — every visit logged as it happens, with technician, time on site and work done
  • Device readings by station — each numbered device, its location on the site plan, and its catch history
  • Trend charts by zone and by device, so you can see the direction of travel before an auditor points it out
  • Corrective actions with owner, due date and closure evidence
  • Photographic evidence attached to findings
  • Audit pack export — the whole file as a single download when your certification body arrives
  • Complaint log with response times recorded against them
Why it matters

The most common audit finding is not live pests. It is a file you cannot produce — or one that records catches without explaining them.

A live portal removes that risk: the record is always current, always complete, and always exportable in the format a reviewer expects.

Risk assessment

Start with a free pest risk assessment

Both assessments are free, with no obligation. Use the quick one for a same-day answer. Use the full one if you are preparing for an audit or writing a tender.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping, janitorial and deep cleaning in Karachi

Pest control and cleaning fail together. In Karachi restaurants and offices, most repeat cockroach problems are really a cleaning problem in disguise. Clean too rarely and the pests come back. That is why we run cleaning and pest control under one contract and one supervisor.

Training

IPM training for your Karachi staff

Auditors increasingly ask whether your staff can recognise pest evidence, not just whether a contractor visits. We run on-site sessions for QA, housekeeping, stores and production teams, in Urdu and English.

  • Recognising early evidence — droppings, gnaw marks, frass, cast skins
  • Why proofing fails, and how to spot it before an auditor does
  • Correct use and reading of monitoring devices
  • What a reviewer looks for in your pest file
  • Attendance records and competency evidence for your training matrix
Contracts

Pest control contracts and tenders in Karachi

We hold contracts with factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, banks and government departments in Karachi, and respond to tenders across Sindh.

  • Complete tender documentation with method statements and risk assessments
  • Company profile, ISO certificates and DUNS 85-040-5969 for pre-qualification
  • Daily deputation for factories, hotels, hospitals, warehouses, malls and large retail; weekly, fortnightly or monthly for offices; monthly monitoring with quarterly service for homes
  • Named supervisor and a documented escalation route

Service contracts

Monthly pest control contract in Karachi — and annual and daily-deputation options

A monthly pest control contract suits most homes and small offices; factories and warehouses usually need more. Choose by footfall and risk, not by budget alone. An annual contract is also called an AMC in some tender documents — same thing, and we respond to it under either name.

Residential

Monthly monitoring

Monthly monitoring visit with quarterly full service. Suited to homes, apartments and small offices.

  • Monthly inspection and monitoring
  • Quarterly full treatment
  • Dated service certificate each visit
  • Callback between visits at no charge
Offices & retail

Weekly / fortnightly contract

Frequency set by footfall and a documented risk assessment — weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

  • Scheduled technical visits
  • Device map and logged readings
  • Named supervisor and escalation route
  • Records ready for landlord or client HSE audit
Most chosen by industry

Annual contract (AMC)

A twelve-month programme with a fixed schedule, full documentation and audit attendance included. The standard basis for factory, hotel and hospital tenders.

  • Fixed annual schedule, priced per site after survey
  • Full audit pack — device maps, trending, corrective actions
  • Auditor attendance included at no extra cost
  • Emergency callouts inside the contract
  • Quarterly management review with your QA team
Highest coverage

Daily deputation

Dedicated staff stationed on your site every working day, plus scheduled technical visits. For factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, malls and large retail.

  • Named, uniformed staff on site daily
  • Same-hour response — the team is already there
  • Daily hygiene and proofing checks
  • Audit records kept live, not reconstructed
  • Cover arranged for leave and absence

Frequency options in full: weekly, bi-weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual — plus daily deputation. Pricing follows a site survey in every case; the survey is free.

Manpower

Staff deployment and on-site teams

For sites that need people rather than visits, we deploy and manage the team — recruitment, uniforms, training, supervision and cover.

What deployment includes

Named staff, supervisor, uniforms, cover for absence
  • Named staff assigned to your site, not rotated without notice
  • Uniformed and photo-ID carrying
  • Site supervisor with a documented escalation route
  • Replacement cover arranged for leave, illness and absence
  • Attendance records available to your admin team
  • Induction to your site rules, PPE and permit-to-work system

Roles we deploy

Pest technicians, housekeeping, janitorial, façade teams
  • Pest control technicians
  • Housekeeping and janitorial staff
  • Kitchen and canteen deep-clean crews
  • Work-at-height and façade cleaning teams
  • Fumigation operators for port and warehouse work

Training and competency

Records formatted for your training matrix

Every person we place carries proof of training: induction, task training and refreshers. It is recorded so it drops straight into your training matrix. When an auditor asks who is qualified to do what, you have the answer.

Wildlife

Snake management and wildlife control

On sites in Karachi, Hub and interior Sindh, snakes and scorpions are a safety issue first and a pest issue second. The risk sits around labour colonies, stores and boundary vegetation. Most pest contracts ignore this fully.

Snake management

Habitat reduction, proofing, response, awareness briefing
  • Site survey for harbourage — vegetation, rubble, drains, stores
  • Habitat and rodent reduction, which is what draws snakes in
  • Perimeter and door-gap proofing of buildings
  • Response and safe removal by trained staff
  • Awareness briefing for site and security teams

Bird control & proofing

Netting, spikes, roost management
  • Netting to open production areas, atria and loading bays
  • Spikes and ledge proofing to roosting lines
  • Nest and fouling removal with hygiene clean-down
  • Bird pressure is a recurring finding in food-plant audits

Other wildlife

Bats, mongoose, stray-animal exclusion
  • Bat exclusion from roof voids and service ducts
  • Mongoose and stray-animal exclusion from compounds
  • Perimeter fencing and gate-gap proofing
  • Handled as exclusion first — we do not treat protected species as pests

Interior Sindh

Interior Sindh industry — sugar, rice, ginning, cement and power

Karachi is not the whole of Sindh. Mills and plants up-country face a different problem to a coastal warehouse. Crushing and harvest arrive in bursts. Raw product sits in the open. And the sites are far apart. We run interior Sindh from Karachi on planned circuits. A site in Sukkur or Sanghar gets the same device maps, the same trending and the same audit evidence as a Korangi plant. Not a one-off spray visit.

Sugar mills

Sanghar · Mirpurkhas · Nawabshah · Ghotki · Badin · Thatta

Crushing season brings everything at once. Molasses and bagasse draw flies and stored-product pests. Rodent pressure climbs as cane moves in from the fields. We plan the contract around the season — heavier attendance from the November start, proofing and drain work in the off-season when the plant is quiet.

Rice mills and husking units

Larkana · Shikarpur · Dadu · Jacobabad · Kamber

Paddy and husk are a stored-product problem first and everything else second: weevils, lesser grain borer and moths in bulk and in bag stacks. Monitoring in the stack, fumigation where the commodity and the structure allow it, and residue-aware scheduling so despatch is never held up.

Cotton ginning and textiles

Sanghar · Tando Adam · Tando Allahyar · Matiari · Kotri SITE · Hyderabad SITE

Lint and seed stores are rodent and moth territory, and ginning dust makes detection harder. Perimeter and internal device lines, seed-store proofing, and bale-stack inspection scheduled against intake.

Cement, power and heavy industry

Nooriabad · Jamshoro · Dhabeji · Gharo · Thatta

These are large open sites backing onto scrub land. Rodents get into cable trays and switch rooms. Snakes and scorpions come in from the boundary. Birds settle in the sheds. Boundary management, bunded baiting away from process areas, and a documented response route for snake sightings.

Flour, feed and poultry

Hyderabad · Nooriabad · Sukkur · Nawabshah

Feed and flour hold pest pressure year round and sit inside a food chain that gets audited. Zoned monitoring, intake inspection and the trend reporting your buyer or auditor will ask to see.

Dates, fruit and agri processing

Khairpur · Sukkur · Mirpurkhas · Tando Allahyar

Khairpur dates and the mango and chilli belt run short, intense seasons. Fruit flies, sap beetles and stored-product pests arrive with the crop. Pre-season preparation matters more here than anything done mid-season.

Pricing

What pest control costs in Karachi

We quote commercial and industrial work after a site survey. Price follows area, construction, pest pressure and how often we attend. Anyone who quotes a factory without seeing it is guessing. Two figures we can publish:

PKR 10–25 / sq ftPre-construction termite treatment (deemak), priced on treated area.
From PKR 20,000Post-construction termite treatment for homes, depending on size and construction.

Termite work carries a re-treatment warranty — if activity returns within the period stated on your quotation, we re-treat at no charge. The period is whatever your quotation says; we do not advertise a fixed number of years. The site survey is free and carries no obligation. Full cost breakdown →

How to check us before you buy

Ask any of the pest control companies in Pakistan for these four things before you sign. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.

Ask to see the ISO certificates

And check the certification body is IAF-accredited

We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. A certificate is only meaningful if the body that issued it is itself accredited — ask for the accreditation mark and check it. We will send ours on request.

Ask what they actually hold

"HACCP certified" is a claim worth testing

HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, AIB and GMP certify food and pharmaceutical businesses — not pest-control contractors. If a contractor says they are "HACCP certified", ask to see the certificate and its scope. What you actually need is a supplier whose records survive your audit.

Ask to see a real report

Not a sample — an anonymised live one

Ask for an anonymised month of records from a comparable site: device map, trend by zone, corrective actions with closure evidence. A contractor who can only show a one-page service slip cannot support an audit.

Check us independently

Look us up rather than relying on this page: LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and DUNS 85-040-5969 in the Dun & Bradstreet database. Our Google Business Profile carries reviews written by clients, not by us.

What we do not publish. You will not find a star rating, a review count, a client count, or any certification we do not hold anywhere on this page. We only publish figures we can back up. That is why the two prices below are the only prices on this site. It is also why we call the warranty re-treatment, rather than quoting several years.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Pest control Karachi — which areas do you cover?
All of Karachi. The industrial zones are SITE, Federal B, Korangi, Landhi, Port Qasim, Bin Qasim and North Karachi Industrial Area. For offices and homes we cover DHA / Defence all phases, Clifton, Bahria Town, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, PECHS, North Nazimabad, Bahadurabad, Saddar, Shahra-e-Faisal, Malir and Scheme 33 — plus the Hub industrial zone in Balochistan and interior Sindh.
Who provides pest control for factories in Karachi?
Pest Orbit runs industrial pest control contracts across Karachi's SITE, Korangi, Landhi, Port Qasim and Bin Qasim industrial areas, and the Hub zone in Balochistan. Programmes are supervised by Ph.D.-level entomologists and documented for food-safety and supplier audits.
Is your pest control HACCP compliant?
HACCP is a certification your business holds, not a pest-control company. What we provide is the pest-control documentation your HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, AIB or GMP auditor asks for — device maps, trend analysis, corrective actions and root-cause notes. Pest Orbit itself is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 through an IAF-accredited body.
Do you prepare sites for WFP and donor-funded audits?
Yes. Karachi is the entry point for most donor-funded food consignments into Pakistan, and we prepare warehouse and handling sites for WFP and similar supply-chain inspections, including the historical records those reviews expect.
How quickly can you reach a site in Karachi?
Emergency response across Karachi is 2–4 hours. Contract sites with daily deputised staff are attended within the same hour, because the team is already on site.
Do you fumigate export containers at Port Qasim?
Yes. Container and consignment fumigation is carried out to the importing country's requirement, with certificates issued in the destination's format and gas-clearance readings recorded before release.
What does pest control cost in Karachi?
Commercial pricing follows a site survey. Published figures: pre-construction termite treatment PKR 10–25 per sq ft, and post-construction termite treatment for homes from PKR 20,000. The survey is free.
How often should a Karachi factory be serviced?
Factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals and large retail take daily deputised staff plus scheduled technical visits. Offices are weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on footfall and risk. Homes are monthly monitoring with quarterly service.
Karachi mein pest control ka kharcha kitna hai?
Ghar ke liye rate area aur pest ke hisaab se banta hai, aur factory ya warehouse ka quote site dekhe baghair nahi diya ja sakta — survey free hai. Jo do figures hum publish karte hain: pre-construction deemak treatment PKR 10–25 per sq ft, aur post-construction deemak treatment gharon ke liye PKR 20,000 se shuru.
Deemak ka permanent ilaj kya hai?
Deemak ka koi ek baar ka permanent hal nahi hota — jo cheez kaam karti hai woh hai soil treatment plus monitoring. Naye construction mein slab se pehle soil treatment sab se asar-daar hai. Purani building mein treatment ke baad re-treatment warranty milti hai, jiski muddat aap ke quotation par likhi hoti hai.
Fumigation aur normal pest control spray mein kya farq hai?
Fumigation gas se hoti hai aur band jagah ke liye hai — container, godown, ya sealed warehouse — jismein sab kuch khali karna parta hai aur re-entry control hoti hai. Normal pest control ek chalta programme hai: monitoring, baiting, proofing aur treatment. Karachi mein log aksar har spray ko "fumigation" keh dete hain, is liye aap masla batayein — hum bata denge kaunsa treatment chahiye.
Khatmal (bed bugs) kyun wapas aa jate hain?
Kyunke sirf ek kamre ka spray kaafi nahi hota. Khatmal mattress seams, bed frames aur skirting mein chhup jate hain, aur andey baad mein nikalte hain. Isi liye hum room-by-room treatment karte hain aur phir follow-up verification visit lagate hain. Hotels aur hostels mein har kamre ka alag record rakha jata hai.
Which is the best pest control company in Karachi?
No one can honestly answer that about themselves, so here is how to decide instead. Ask for the ISO certificates and check the certification body is IAF-accredited. Ask what the contractor actually holds — HACCP, FSSC 22000 and GMP certify food and pharmaceutical businesses, not pest-control companies. Ask to see an anonymised month of real records from a comparable site. And check them independently on Google, LinkedIn and Dun & Bradstreet. Pest Orbit holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and is listed under DUNS 85-040-5969.
How much does pest control cost in Karachi per month?
Monthly cost depends on floor area, construction, pest pressure and how often you need attendance, so it is quoted after a free site survey rather than from a price list. The two figures we publish are pre-construction termite treatment at PKR 10–25 per sq ft and post-construction termite treatment for homes from PKR 20,000. Anyone quoting a factory without seeing it is guessing.
Do you do pest control near me in DHA or Clifton?
Yes. Our Karachi office is at Plot C-10, Sunset Lane 2, DHA Phase 2, so DHA, Clifton and PECHS are our closest coverage. In that zone the usual issues are Aedes mosquitoes breeding in HVAC stagnant water and subterranean termites in older housing stock. Emergency response across Karachi is 2–4 hours.
Which pest control company do factories in SITE and Korangi use?
Industrial sites in SITE, Federal B, Korangi and Landhi typically need a contractor who can produce audit evidence, not just attend. In SITE the dominant risk is Norway rats entering through sewer line penetrations; in Korangi and Landhi it is roof rats and mice through pipe conduits, plus stored product insects. Pest Orbit runs contracts in both zones with monthly to bi-weekly technical visits and optional daily deputised staff.
Is fumigation the same as pest control?
No. Fumigation uses a gas to treat an enclosed space — a container, a stack of goods, a sealed warehouse — and everything must be cleared and re-entry controlled. Pest control is an ongoing programme of monitoring, baiting, proofing and treatment. In Karachi people often say "fumigation" to mean any spray treatment, so tell us the outcome you need and we will say which one applies.
Do you offer an annual pest control contract or AMC in Karachi?
Yes. An annual contract — called an AMC in some tender documents — covers a twelve-month fixed schedule with full documentation, auditor attendance and emergency callouts included. Monthly, weekly and fortnightly contracts are also available, and factories, warehouses, hotels and hospitals usually take daily deputation instead. Pricing follows a free site survey.
Can you provide dedicated staff on our site every day?
Yes. Daily deputation places named, uniformed staff on your site each working day, with a site supervisor, a documented escalation route and cover arranged for leave and absence. Because the team is already there, complaints are answered the same hour and audit records stay live rather than being reconstructed later.
Do you handle snakes on industrial sites in Karachi and Hub?
Yes. Snake management covers habitat and harbourage reduction, rodent control (rodents are what draw snakes in), perimeter and door-gap proofing, safe removal by trained staff, and an awareness briefing for site and security teams. On Hub and interior Sindh sites we treat it as a safety issue alongside scorpion risk.
Can we see our pest control reports online?
Yes. Every contract site gets a login to IPMS, our digital pest management system — live service records, device readings by station, trend charts, corrective actions with closure evidence, photographs, and a one-click audit pack export for when your certification body arrives.
Do you also provide housekeeping and janitorial staff?
Yes. Daily deputised housekeeping and janitorial teams are provided for factories, hotels, hospitals, warehouses, malls and large retail in Karachi, under the same contract and supervisor as pest control.
