FAQsWorking With Pest Orbit
Response times, the cities we cover, what our certifications actually mean, and what happens between your first message and the technician arriving.

- ISO 9001 · 14001 · 45001 certified, IAF-accredited
- Ph.D.-led IPM · Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad
- Free inspection before any quotation
- Priority emergency response
Which cities does Pest Orbit Pakistan cover?
Three staffed offices: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
- Karachi (head office) — No-6, Plot C-10, Sunset Lane 2, DHA Phase 2
- Lahore — No. 5, Ali Town, Sharifpura Road
- Islamabad — Plaza 70-B, Rafi Block, Bahria Town Phase VIII
Each has its own technicians and management rather than being a forwarding address, which is what makes a same-week response realistic in all three.
For annual contracts and larger commercial projects we can mobilise to other cities. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can service your location properly rather than taking the work and subcontracting it.
Call +92 343 879 7046 or email help@pestorbit.com.

How quickly will someone respond after I get in touch?
WhatsApp messages are answered fastest during business hours, contact form enquiries within a few hours, and genuine emergencies by phone.
Our trading hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00. Emergency support and consultation are available 24/7, though that is emergency cover rather than normal trading hours.
For commercial sites with an active sighting, same-day attendance is the target within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Annual contract holders get priority, which is one of the practical reasons food and healthcare sites hold contracts rather than calling ad hoc.
Fastest route for something urgent: call +92 343 879 7046. For anything else, email help@pestorbit.com or book a free inspection.

Is Pest Orbit Pakistan properly registered and licensed?
Yes. Pest Orbit Pakistan operates under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification, and holds DUNS number 85-040-5969.
Certifications held in our own right:
- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management
- ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management
- ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety
- Certification so it is recognised internationally rather than locally only
What we do not hold, and will not claim: HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB International, GMP or DRAP certification. Those certify a food, pharmaceutical or healthcare facility — not its pest control provider. For those standards we supply the programme, the monitoring data and the documentation your auditor asks for.
Ask any provider to show certificates rather than logos, and check the name and scope printed on them. We are happy to send ours before you commit to anything.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Which is the best pest control company in Pakistan?
Every company in this market calls itself the best, so the word tells you nothing. Judge them on what can be checked instead — and Pest Orbit Pakistan is built to be checked.
Four questions separate a serious provider from a man with a sprayer:
- What certifications do you hold, and can I see them? Pest Orbit Pakistan holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, issued under IAF accreditation so they are recognised internationally rather than locally only. Our DUNS number is 85-040-5969.
- Who decides the treatment? Our programmes are Ph.D.-led. Species identification decides the method, which is why our cockroach and ant work succeeds where spraying fails.
- Can I see the product name and its MSDS? Registered and approved products only, with safety data supplied for your file.
- What records do I get? Device maps, dated reports, trend analysis and corrective actions — the evidence set food, pharmaceutical and healthcare auditors ask for.
Ask those four of every company you are considering, including us. Most cannot answer the first two.
We operate staffed offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00, with emergency support 24/7, and the inspection is free before any quotation.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Why choose Pest Orbit Pakistan?
Because everything we claim can be verified, and in this market that is rare.
- Triple ISO certification — 9001 quality, 14001 environmental, 45001 health and safety. Most competitors hold none.
- IAF-accredited — our ISO certifications are recognised internationally, which is what exporters, multinationals and their auditors ask to see.
- Ph.D.-led IPM — treatment decided by species and building, not by a standard spray for every job.
- Audit-ready documentation — device maps, trend analysis and corrective actions for HACCP, BRCGS, AIB, FSSC 22000, GMP and DRAP requirements.
- Three staffed offices — Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with their own technicians and management rather than a forwarding address.
- Registered and approved products, applied at the proper dose, across the whole property.
- Free inspection before any quotation, and a written scope you can compare against anyone else.
To be straight about the boundary: we hold the ISO certifications ourselves. For HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB and GMP we provide audit support — the programme, the data and the documentation. Those standards certify your facility, not your pest control provider, and any company telling you otherwise is worth a second look.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
How do I find the best pest control service near me?
Searching “pest control near me” gets you whoever paid for the ad or sits closest to you — not necessarily anyone qualified. Judge the shortlist on four things you can check.
- A real, staffed local office — not a phone number redirecting to another city. Pest Orbit Pakistan runs staffed offices in Karachi (DHA Phase 2), Lahore (Sharifpura Road) and Islamabad (Bahria Town Phase VIII), each with its own technicians and management.
- Certifications you can see — we hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 recognised internationally rather than locally only.
- A free inspection before any price — anyone quoting a firm figure over the phone has not seen your property.
- Registered and approved products, named in writing, with the MSDS available on request.
Nearest is not the same as best. A top-rated provider ten minutes further away with the right method beats a local one who sprays every job the same way and leaves half the property untreated.
We cover all three cities Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00, with emergency support 24/7. Call +92 343 879 7046, email help@pestorbit.com, or book a free inspection.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Do you provide a service certificate or report after treatment?
Yes. Every visit produces a written report, and commercial programmes produce the full document set auditors ask for.
For homes: date and technician, target pest, areas treated, product used, re-entry and cleaning instructions, follow-up date, and the warranty terms.
For businesses, additionally: a numbered device map, dated inspection records, defined action levels, trend analysis, a corrective-action log, the approved materials list with safety data sheets, and technician competency records.
Commercial clients also get digital records through the client portal, so a report can be produced during an inspection without anyone searching a filing cabinet.
If you need documentation for a specific standard — a food safety audit, a healthcare commission inspection, an export requirement — tell us at survey stage so the programme is built to produce it from the first visit.

How do I book, and what happens next?
Call, WhatsApp or email us, and the first step is always a free inspection — no price is quoted before someone has seen the property.
The sequence:
- Get in touch — +92 343 879 7046 or help@pestorbit.com
- Free inspection at a time that suits you, typically 30–60 minutes for a home
- Written report and quotation — pest identified, method, number of visits, area covered, price and warranty terms
- You decide. No obligation, and the quotation is yours to compare with anyone else
- Treatment scheduled around you — commercial work outside trading hours
- Service report after every visit, plus the follow-up where the job needs one
We cover Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00, with emergency support and consultation available 24/7.

What makes Pest Orbit Pakistan different from other companies?
Everything we claim is checkable, and the method is decided by identification rather than by a standard spray for every job.
- Triple ISO certification — 9001 quality, 14001 environmental, 45001 health and safety, IAF-accredited so it is recognised internationally.
- Ph.D.-led IPM. Species identification decides the treatment. It is why our cockroach and ant work succeeds where repeat spraying does not.
- Registered and approved products, named on your report, with the MSDS available on request.
- The whole property treated, at the proper dose — not just the rooms you can see.
- Audit-ready documentation for HACCP, BRCGS, AIB, FSSC 22000, GMP and DRAP requirements. We provide the programme and evidence; those standards certify your facility, not your provider.
- Three staffed offices with their own technicians and management.
Ask any company for the product name, the MSDS and their certifications. That single request separates most of the market.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes. Emergency support and consultation are available 24/7, with same-day attendance targeted in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
What we treat as genuinely urgent:
- A wasp or hornet nest near an entrance, or where somebody is allergic
- A snake indoors
- Rodents in a food premises, kitchen or healthcare facility
- A live sighting during an audit or an inspection visit
- Termite swarmers emerging inside the building
- Any pest incident that has stopped production or service
Contract holders get priority, which is one of the practical reasons food, healthcare and export sites hold agreements rather than calling ad hoc.
Our trading hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00. Emergency cover runs outside those hours — it is emergency response, not normal scheduling.

Do you work with homes as well as businesses?
Both. Roughly the same expertise, deliberately different service.
For homes: a free inspection, a written quotation, treatment scheduled around you, and the follow-up visits the pest actually needs. No contract required — call when you need us.
For businesses: a scheduled programme with a device map, dated reports, action levels, trend analysis and corrective actions — the evidence set food, pharmaceutical, healthcare and export auditors ask for. Work is done outside your trading hours.
Sectors we cover: restaurants and hotels, food manufacturing, warehousing and cold storage, pharmaceutical plants and laboratories, hospitals and clinics, schools, offices, retail chains and shopping malls, factories and industrial estates.

What training do your technicians have?
Technician competency is recorded, and it is one of the things a food or pharmaceutical auditor asks to see — so it is documented rather than assumed.
What sits behind a visit:
- Ph.D.-led programme design. Species identification decides the method, and that judgement is where most jobs are won or lost.
- Documented competency records for technicians, kept as part of the evidence set for audit-facing sites.
- ISO 45001 certified health and safety management, which governs how work is carried out in occupied buildings.
- Site-specific briefing — security clearance, escorting, restricted areas and conduct in client-facing spaces.
Ask any provider for competency records alongside the product safety data. Both are standard requests at audit, and a company that cannot produce either is not equipped for a regulated site.

Certified company or the local pest control man — what is the real difference?
Both will spray something. The difference is whether anyone identified the pest, what went in the tank, and whether you have anything in writing afterwards.
| Certified provider | Unbranded operator | |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnosis | Species identified before quoting | Usually the same treatment for every job |
| Products | Registered and approved, named on your report | Often unnamed, sometimes repackaged |
| Safety data | MSDS supplied on request | Rarely available |
| Coverage | Whole property at the correct dose | Visible rooms, low dose |
| Records | Written report, warranty terms | Verbal |
| If it returns | Warranty terms in writing | Depends who answers |
You do not have to take our word for any of it. Ask both for the product name, the MSDS and the number of visits included. Most cannot answer the first two, and that tells you what the price difference actually represents.

Which service do I actually need?
Match the symptom to the service — it saves paying for the wrong job.
| What you have | What you need |
|---|---|
| Cockroaches in the kitchen | Gel baiting plus drain treatment, with a follow-up |
| Mud lines, hollow wood, wings after rain | Termite soil barrier |
| Bites on waking | Bed bug programme, two to three visits |
| Scratching at night, droppings | Rodent control plus proofing |
| Mosquitoes, dengue concern | Source reduction, larviciding, then fogging |
| Persistent smell, recurring problem | Deep cleaning alongside treatment |
| Audit or inspection coming | Documented AMC programme |
| Export shipment | Container or commodity treatment with certification |
| Buying or building a property | Pre-purchase inspection or pre-construction treatment |
If two apply, say so when you book — a single visit can often cover both, and it is cheaper than two separate jobs.

Do I need an exterminator or a pest control company?
They describe the same trade, but the words carry different expectations — and the difference matters when you are comparing quotes.
“Exterminator” suggests killing what is present. “Pest control” or “pest management” suggests removing the population and stopping it returning. In practice a job that only kills what is visible is the one people complain about six weeks later.
What a managed job includes that a kill-only job does not:
- Species identification before any product is chosen
- Finding the source, not just the sighting
- The follow-up visit where eggs are involved
- Proofing so the next one cannot get in
- A written record of what was used and where
Whichever word you search, ask the same four questions: which species, where is it coming from, what product and can I see the MSDS, and how many visits are included.

How do I book — WhatsApp, phone or the website?
Any of the three. WhatsApp is usually fastest, because you can send photographs and we can often identify the pest before anyone visits.
| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| Sending photos, quick questions, sharing your location | |
| Phone | Anything urgent, or a longer discussion about a property |
| Website form | Outside working hours, or detailed commercial enquiries |
Whichever you use, having these ready gets you an accurate answer first time:
- What you have seen, and photographs if possible
- Where in the property, and how long it has been happening
- Property size and type — house, flat, office, restaurant
- Whether there are children, pets, or anyone with a health condition
- Your city and area
The survey is free and there is no obligation. You receive a written quotation naming the scope, visits, product and warranty terms, which you can take away and compare.

Can businesses get a proper tax invoice?
Yes. Commercial work is invoiced properly with your company details, and the documentation is issued as standard rather than on request.
What you receive for a commercial engagement:
- A written quotation before work begins, stating scope, frequency and terms
- A service agreement for contracted work
- A dated service report after every visit
- An invoice carrying your registered business details
Tell us at quotation stage that you need invoicing to a company, and give us the exact registered name and details then. Correcting an invoice after issue is slower for everyone.
For contracted sites the service reports matter as much as the invoice. Together they evidence that a documented programme has been running continuously — which is what an auditor asks for, and what a stack of receipts cannot demonstrate.
Multi-site operators can have consolidated invoicing with reporting broken down by branch.
See corporate pest control or contact us.

Do you serve housing societies and gated communities on contract?
Yes — and treating a whole society works far better than treating individual houses inside it.
The reason is simple. Rodents, cockroaches and mosquitoes do not respect boundary walls. One house treating alone is re-invaded from the street, the drains and the neighbouring plot. When common areas are handled together, the pressure on every home drops.
What a society programme normally covers:
- Common areas, parks, green belts and boundary lines
- Drainage, sewerage lines and manholes — usually the actual source
- Waste collection points and bin stores
- Mosquito programmes through and after monsoon
- Rodent control across the perimeter
- Optional discounted rates for individual homes inside the society
Reporting goes to the management committee so there is a documented record of what was done and where — which settles most resident complaints before they escalate.
For a committee weighing this: the drainage and waste points are where the return is, and they are exactly what individual households cannot treat.

Is Pest Orbit ISO certified in Pakistan?
Yes — three standards, under IAF-accredited certification. Ask us for the certificate numbers and verify them with the issuing body rather than taking our word for it.
| Standard | What it governs |
|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2015 | Quality management — consistent procedures, records and corrective action |
| ISO 14001:2015 | Environmental management — how products and waste are handled |
| ISO 45001:2018 | Occupational health and safety — how our people work, including confined spaces and heights |
Why the third one matters to you and not only to us: ISO 45001 governs the tasks where someone can genuinely be hurt on your property — underground tank entry, roof work, nest removal at height.
We are also D-U-N-S registered, which is an independently verifiable business identity.
Be aware that “ISO certified” is claimed loosely in this market. The follow-up question that settles it is: which certification body issued it, and what is the number? A company holding it answers immediately.
See about us and our quality policy.
For more information, contact Pest Orbit Pakistan — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, IAF-accredited, Ph.D.-led pest control and fumigation in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
What does IAF accreditation mean, and why does it matter?
It means the body that certified us was itself independently checked. It is the difference between a certificate that stands up internationally and one that is merely printed.
There is a chain, and the accreditation sits one level above the certificate:
- Your company is certified to a standard by a certification body
- That certification body is itself accredited by an accreditation body
- Accreditation bodies are recognised through the International Accreditation Forum
Without step two, anyone can issue an impressive-looking certificate. Certification is a commercial service, and a body accountable to nobody can sell one without meaningful assessment.
What it means practically: our certification was issued by a body whose competence has itself been assessed, and the certificate is recognised by auditors and international clients rather than only domestically.
How to check any company, including us: ask who issued the certificate, then confirm that body is accredited. Both facts are checkable in a few minutes.

Is emergency pest control available outside normal hours?
Call us and we will tell you honestly what we can do today. Genuine emergencies are prioritised, and we would rather commit to a real time than advertise a promise we cannot always keep.
What is treated as urgent:
- A snake or scorpion inside an occupied building
- A wasp or hornet nest where children or an allergic person are present
- A food business facing an inspection or an audit
- Rodents in a kitchen, hospital or production area
- A hotel with a guest complaint in an occupied room
Commercial clients on a contract have their response time agreed in the service agreement, so it is a commitment rather than a best effort.
Having staffed offices and employed technicians in all three cities is what makes any of this possible — a company routing jobs to whoever is free cannot commit to a time.
When you call, say what the pest is, exactly where it is, and whether anyone has been stung or bitten. That sets the priority.

Do you cover areas outside Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad?
Yes — surrounding regions are served from whichever of our three offices is nearest, and we will tell you plainly at booking whether your location is practical to cover.
| Served from | Covering |
|---|---|
| Karachi office | Karachi, interior Sindh, Hub and nearby Balochistan |
| Lahore office | Lahore and interior Punjab, including the industrial belt |
| Islamabad office | Islamabad, Rawalpindi, KP and Hattar Industrial Estate |
Being straightforward about what distance means: for a one-off household treatment a long distance may not be practical, and we will say so rather than take the booking and struggle to return for the follow-up. For industrial and commercial contracts, scheduled visits to outlying sites are routine and planned into the programme.
This matters more than it sounds. The follow-up visit and any warranty callback are where distance shows — so it is worth settling before the first visit, not after.
Tell us your exact location when you call and we will confirm coverage and timing.

Is Pest Orbit HSE compliant and certified for industrial and corporate work?
Yes — and the certificate numbers are available on request so you can verify them with the issuing body rather than taking our word for it.
What we hold:
- ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety, the standard that governs how our people work on your site, including confined spaces and work at height
- ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management, covering product handling and waste
- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management, covering procedures, records and corrective action
- IAF-accredited certification, meaning the certifying body was itself independently assessed
- D-U-N-S registration — an independently verifiable business identity
For industrial contractor onboarding we can supply method statements, risk assessments, technician competency records and safety data sheets as part of the vendor pack.
Ask any contractor the same question and request the number and issuing body. It is the follow-up question that separates a genuine certificate from a printed one.

How often should pest control be done?
It depends on the building, the footfall and the current infestation level — which is what the risk assessment establishes. Here is what we recommend across property types.
| Property | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Homes | Monthly monitoring with quarterly service |
| Offices and corporate | Weekly, fortnightly or monthly by footfall and risk |
| Restaurants and cafes | Weekly to monthly, by kitchen volume |
| Factories and production sites | Daily deputation, plus scheduled technical visits |
| Hotels | Daily deputation, plus scheduled technical visits |
| Hospitals | Daily deputation, plus zone-based scheduled visits |
| Warehouses | Daily deputation, plus scheduled monitoring |
| Large retail stores and shopping malls | Daily deputation, plus scheduled visits |
The full range we schedule against is weekly, bi-weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and bi-annual — set by the situation and the infestation level rather than sold as a fixed package.
Frequency is also reviewed rather than fixed forever. A site clear for two years may justify a reduction, and a documented review is good evidence in itself.
Frequency set by survey and risk assessment across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad — book a free inspection.

Is Pest Orbit a properly registered and legitimate company?
Yes — and rather than asking you to take that on trust, here is exactly what we hold and how to verify each item independently.
| What we hold | How you can check it |
|---|---|
| ISO 9001:2015 — quality management | Ask for the number; verify with the issuing body |
| ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management | Same |
| ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety | Same |
| IAF-accredited certification | Confirm the certifying body is accredited |
| D-U-N-S 85-040-5969 | Independently verifiable business identity |
| Three staffed offices | Visit any of them — Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad |
We list what we actually hold rather than a longer list that sounds better. If a credential is not named above, we do not claim it — and we would rather you asked us directly than assumed.
Apply the same test to any company you are considering: ask for the certificate number and the issuing body. It takes a few minutes to check and it separates a genuine certificate from a printed one.

We have a sighting right now — how fast can you come?
Call rather than emailing, and say it is urgent. Response is agreed when you book, because an honest answer depends on your location and the day.
What gets prioritised: a food business facing an inspection or with a customer complaint, rodents in a kitchen or production area, a snake or scorpion inside an occupied building, a wasp nest where children or an allergic person are present, and a hotel with a guest complaint in an occupied room.
Tell us on the call: what you saw, exactly where, whether it is a home or a business, whether anyone has been bitten or stung, and your area. That sets the priority accurately.
What to do immediately, before anyone arrives: photograph it if you safely can, do not spray it yourself — that scatters cockroaches and provokes wasps — keep people away from the area, and if it is a food business, isolate any affected product and record what you found.
Contracted commercial clients have their response time written into the service agreement rather than left to availability.
