- ISO 9001 · 14001 · 45001 certified, IAF-accredited
- Ph.D.-led IPM · Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad
- Free inspection before any quotation
- Emergency support 24/7
Which cities does Pest Orbit Pakistan cover?
Three staffed offices: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
- Karachi (head office) — No-6, Plot C-10, Sunset Lane 2, DHA Phase 2
- Lahore — No. 5, Ali Town, Sharifpura Road
- Islamabad — Plaza 70-B, Rafi Block, Bahria Town Phase VIII
Each has its own technicians and management rather than being a forwarding address, which is what makes a same-week response realistic in all three.
For annual contracts and larger commercial projects we can mobilise to other cities. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can service your location properly rather than taking the work and subcontracting it.
Call +92 343 879 7046 or email [email protected].

How quickly will someone respond after I get in touch?
WhatsApp messages are answered fastest during business hours, contact form enquiries within a few hours, and genuine emergencies by phone.
Our trading hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00. Emergency support and consultation are available 24/7, though that is emergency cover rather than normal trading hours.
For commercial sites with an active sighting, same-day attendance is the target within Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Annual contract holders get priority, which is one of the practical reasons food and healthcare sites hold contracts rather than calling ad hoc.
Fastest route for something urgent: call +92 343 879 7046. For anything else, email [email protected] or book a free inspection.

Is Pest Orbit Pakistan properly registered and licensed?
Yes. Pest Orbit Pakistan operates under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification, and holds DUNS number 85-040-5969.
Certifications held in our own right:
- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management
- ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management
- ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety
- Certification so it is recognised internationally rather than locally only
What we do not hold, and will not claim: HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB International, GMP or DRAP certification. Those certify a food, pharmaceutical or healthcare facility — not its pest control provider. For those standards we supply the programme, the monitoring data and the documentation your auditor asks for.
Ask any provider to show certificates rather than logos, and check the name and scope printed on them. We are happy to send ours before you commit to anything.

Which is the best pest control company in Pakistan?
Every company in this market calls itself the best, so the word tells you nothing. Judge them on what can be checked instead — and Pest Orbit Pakistan is built to be checked.
Four questions separate a serious provider from a man with a sprayer:
- What certifications do you hold, and can I see them? Pest Orbit Pakistan holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, issued under IAF accreditation so they are recognised internationally rather than locally only. Our DUNS number is 85-040-5969.
- Who decides the treatment? Our programmes are Ph.D.-led. Species identification decides the method, which is why our cockroach and ant work succeeds where spraying fails.
- Can I see the product name and its MSDS? Registered and approved products only, with safety data supplied for your file.
- What records do I get? Device maps, dated reports, trend analysis and corrective actions — the evidence set food, pharmaceutical and healthcare auditors ask for.
Ask those four of every company you are considering, including us. Most cannot answer the first two.
We operate staffed offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00, with emergency support 24/7, and the inspection is free before any quotation.

Why choose Pest Orbit Pakistan?
Because everything we claim can be verified, and in this market that is rare.
- Triple ISO certification — 9001 quality, 14001 environmental, 45001 health and safety. Most competitors hold none.
- IAF-accredited — our ISO certifications are recognised internationally, which is what exporters, multinationals and their auditors ask to see.
- Ph.D.-led IPM — treatment decided by species and building, not by a standard spray for every job.
- Audit-ready documentation — device maps, trend analysis and corrective actions for HACCP, BRCGS, AIB, FSSC 22000, GMP and DRAP requirements.
- Three staffed offices — Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with their own technicians and management rather than a forwarding address.
- Registered and approved products, applied at the proper dose, across the whole property.
- Free inspection before any quotation, and a written scope you can compare against anyone else.
To be straight about the boundary: we hold the ISO certifications ourselves. For HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB and GMP we provide audit support — the programme, the data and the documentation. Those standards certify your facility, not your pest control provider, and any company telling you otherwise is worth a second look.

How do I find the best pest control service near me?
Searching “pest control near me” gets you whoever paid for the ad or sits closest to you — not necessarily anyone qualified. Judge the shortlist on four things you can check.
- A real, staffed local office — not a phone number redirecting to another city. Pest Orbit Pakistan runs staffed offices in Karachi (DHA Phase 2), Lahore (Sharifpura Road) and Islamabad (Bahria Town Phase VIII), each with its own technicians and management.
- Certifications you can see — we hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 recognised internationally rather than locally only.
- A free inspection before any price — anyone quoting a firm figure over the phone has not seen your property.
- Registered and approved products, named in writing, with the MSDS available on request.
Nearest is not the same as best. A top-rated provider ten minutes further away with the right method beats a local one who sprays every job the same way and leaves half the property untreated.
We cover all three cities Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00, with emergency support 24/7. Call +92 343 879 7046, email [email protected], or book a free inspection.

Do you provide a service certificate or report after treatment?
Yes. Every visit produces a written report, and commercial programmes produce the full document set auditors ask for.
For homes: date and technician, target pest, areas treated, product used, re-entry and cleaning instructions, follow-up date, and the warranty terms.
For businesses, additionally: a numbered device map, dated inspection records, defined action levels, trend analysis, a corrective-action log, the approved materials list with safety data sheets, and technician competency records.
Commercial clients also get digital records through the client portal, so a report can be produced during an inspection without anyone searching a filing cabinet.
If you need documentation for a specific standard — a food safety audit, a healthcare commission inspection, an export requirement — tell us at survey stage so the programme is built to produce it from the first visit.

How do I book, and what happens next?
Call, WhatsApp or email us, and the first step is always a free inspection — no price is quoted before someone has seen the property.
The sequence:
- Get in touch — +92 343 879 7046 or [email protected]
- Free inspection at a time that suits you, typically 30–60 minutes for a home
- Written report and quotation — pest identified, method, number of visits, area covered, price and warranty terms
- You decide. No obligation, and the quotation is yours to compare with anyone else
- Treatment scheduled around you — commercial work outside trading hours
- Service report after every visit, plus the follow-up where the job needs one

What makes Pest Orbit Pakistan different from other companies?
Everything we claim is checkable, and the method is decided by identification rather than by a standard spray for every job.
- Triple ISO certification — 9001 quality, 14001 environmental, 45001 health and safety, IAF-accredited so it is recognised internationally.
- Ph.D.-led IPM. Species identification decides the treatment. It is why our cockroach and ant work succeeds where repeat spraying does not.
- Registered and approved products, named on your report, with the MSDS available on request.
- The whole property treated, at the proper dose — not just the rooms you can see.
- Audit-ready documentation for HACCP, BRCGS, AIB, FSSC 22000, GMP and DRAP requirements. We provide the programme and evidence; those standards certify your facility, not your provider.
- Three staffed offices with their own technicians and management.
Ask any company for the product name, the MSDS and their certifications. That single request separates most of the market.

Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes. Emergency support and consultation are available 24/7, with same-day attendance targeted in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
What we treat as genuinely urgent:
- A wasp or hornet nest near an entrance, or where somebody is allergic
- A snake indoors
- Rodents in a food premises, kitchen or healthcare facility
- A live sighting during an audit or an inspection visit
- Termite swarmers emerging inside the building
- Any pest incident that has stopped production or service
Contract holders get priority, which is one of the practical reasons food, healthcare and export sites hold agreements rather than calling ad hoc.
Our trading hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00. Emergency cover runs outside those hours — it is emergency response, not normal scheduling.

Do you work with homes as well as businesses?
Both. Roughly the same expertise, deliberately different service.
For homes: a free inspection, a written quotation, treatment scheduled around you, and the follow-up visits the pest actually needs. No contract required — call when you need us.
For businesses: a scheduled programme with a device map, dated reports, action levels, trend analysis and corrective actions — the evidence set food, pharmaceutical, healthcare and export auditors ask for. Work is done outside your trading hours.
Sectors we cover: restaurants and hotels, food manufacturing, warehousing and cold storage, pharmaceutical plants and laboratories, hospitals and clinics, schools, offices, retail chains and shopping malls, factories and industrial estates.

What training do your technicians have?
Technician competency is recorded, and it is one of the things a food or pharmaceutical auditor asks to see — so it is documented rather than assumed.
What sits behind a visit:
- Ph.D.-led programme design. Species identification decides the method, and that judgement is where most jobs are won or lost.
- Documented competency records for technicians, kept as part of the evidence set for audit-facing sites.
- ISO 45001 certified health and safety management, which governs how work is carried out in occupied buildings.
- Site-specific briefing — security clearance, escorting, restricted areas and conduct in client-facing spaces.
Ask any provider for competency records alongside the product safety data. Both are standard requests at audit, and a company that cannot produce either is not equipped for a regulated site.

Certified company or the local pest control man — what is the real difference?
Both will spray something. The difference is whether anyone identified the pest, what went in the tank, and whether you have anything in writing afterwards.
| Certified provider | Unbranded operator | |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnosis | Species identified before quoting | Usually the same treatment for every job |
| Products | Registered and approved, named on your report | Often unnamed, sometimes repackaged |
| Safety data | MSDS supplied on request | Rarely available |
| Coverage | Whole property at the correct dose | Visible rooms, low dose |
| Records | Written report, warranty terms | Verbal |
| If it returns | Warranty terms in writing | Depends who answers |
You do not have to take our word for any of it. Ask both for the product name, the MSDS and the number of visits included. Most cannot answer the first two, and that tells you what the price difference actually represents.

Which service do I actually need?
Match the symptom to the service — it saves paying for the wrong job.
| What you have | What you need |
|---|---|
| Cockroaches in the kitchen | Gel baiting plus drain treatment, with a follow-up |
| Mud lines, hollow wood, wings after rain | Termite soil barrier |
| Bites on waking | Bed bug programme, two to three visits |
| Scratching at night, droppings | Rodent control plus proofing |
| Mosquitoes, dengue concern | Source reduction, larviciding, then fogging |
| Persistent smell, recurring problem | Deep cleaning alongside treatment |
| Audit or inspection coming | Documented AMC programme |
| Export shipment | Container or commodity treatment with certification |
| Buying or building a property | Pre-purchase inspection or pre-construction treatment |
If two apply, say so when you book — a single visit can often cover both, and it is cheaper than two separate jobs.

Do I need an exterminator or a pest control company?
They describe the same trade, but the words carry different expectations — and the difference matters when you are comparing quotes.
“Exterminator” suggests killing what is present. “Pest control” or “pest management” suggests removing the population and stopping it returning. In practice a job that only kills what is visible is the one people complain about six weeks later.
What a managed job includes that a kill-only job does not:
- Species identification before any product is chosen
- Finding the source, not just the sighting
- The follow-up visit where eggs are involved
- Proofing so the next one cannot get in
- A written record of what was used and where
Whichever word you search, ask the same four questions: which species, where is it coming from, what product and can I see the MSDS, and how many visits are included.
