Find the Right Pest Control Programme for Your Industry
Each site needs a plan based on pest activity, access, operating hours and the areas that must be protected. Tell us about your site so we can assess the appropriate treatment and monitoring scope.
- Homes, apartments and housing communities: Ask about cockroaches, termites, rodents, bed bugs, ants and mosquitoes. Describe the affected rooms, property size and any previous treatment. Residential service information.
- Corporate offices, banks and financial institutions: Discuss work-hour scheduling, pantry and washroom activity, document storage and recurring monitoring. Corporate pest management.
- Hotels, guest houses and hospitality: Explain whether the issue is in guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, storage or outside areas so the quotation addresses the affected operation. Hospitality and corporate programmes.
- Restaurants, cafés and commercial kitchens: Discuss pest sightings, food handling areas, waste storage, drains and treatment scheduling. Commercial pest control.
- Supermarkets, retail stores and shopping premises: Share stock type, delivery arrangements and the locations where activity has been noticed. Retail and commercial programmes.
- Food factories and processing plants: Identify raw-material intake, processing, packaging and finished-goods zones. Ask what inspection records and programme documents will be supplied. Food factory pest control and IPM.
- Factories, FMCG and manufacturing facilities: Discuss site boundaries, plant rooms, production shifts and monitoring requirements. Industrial pest management.
- Textile mills and garment factories: Explain the materials stored, affected production or packing areas and inspection access. Textile pest management information.
- Warehouses, distribution centres and logistics: Discuss loading bays, racking, stock rotation, rodent entry points and service records. Warehouse and logistics pest control.
- Grain stores, flour mills, silos and cold storage: Tell us what is stored, the storage conditions and operational constraints. Specialist fumigation suitability and safety arrangements require a site assessment. Industrial and stored-product programmes.
- Pharmaceutical facilities and laboratories: Share the protected zones, site procedures and documentation requirements. Treatment access and methods must be agreed with the facility team. Pharmaceutical pest management.
- Hospitals, clinics and healthcare premises: Explain which areas are affected and the restrictions on access, timing and product use. Healthcare pest management information.
- Schools, universities and education facilities: Discuss classrooms, kitchens, stores, grounds and times when areas can be made available. Service catalogue.

Pest Control FAQs: Prices, Inspections & Booking
How much does pest control cost?
Residential pest control starts from PKR 5,500. Corporate, industrial and warehouse services start from PKR 20,000. These are indicative starting prices, not a confirmed price for every pest or property. The final quotation depends on site assessment, premises size, pest activity, treatment scope and visit frequency. Ask for the inclusions and any follow-up terms in writing.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send your city and area, premises type, approximate size, pest or signs noticed, affected locations and preferred appointment time. For a business site, also mention operating hours, sensitive zones and reporting requirements. Photographs are helpful when available.
Should I request a one-time treatment or a maintenance programme?
Ask for an assessment of the current issue and the conditions that may allow it to return. A one-time treatment and a recurring monitoring programme have different scopes. The team can explain the proposed visits, prevention work and follow-up arrangements before you choose.
Can I book for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Multan?
Pest Orbit advertises services in these cities. Confirm availability for your exact location and service when booking. See the Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad service pages, or contact the team for other locations.
What should I ask about safety and returning to the premises?
Request the preparation instructions, product information and site-specific re-entry guidance before treatment. Mention children, pets, food areas and sensitive occupants to the team. Follow the instructions supplied for your actual treatment rather than a generic waiting time. Read the safety questions.
How can I check credentials and programme documents?
Ask the team for current certification details, applicable programme records, product information and written service terms. Use the certificate verification page for certificates issued through Pest Orbit’s system, and read about the company. Discuss your facility’s audit requirements before agreeing the scope.
IPM Audit Support, Compliance Resources & Service Records
Pest Orbit brings pest-management programmes, technical review and documented follow-up together for quality, HSE and facility teams. Share your audit framework, target date and existing records so the team can agree the evidence and attendance included in the service.

- Compliance and audit resources: explore published guidance alongside your facility’s actual requirements.
- Pest Orbit resources and articles: browse pest management, seasonal, pricing and service information.
- Contract and tender questions: scope, service frequency, maintenance and procurement.

Audit support concerns the pest-management part of the client’s system. HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, AIB, GMP or DRAP-related evidence is agreed where relevant to the facility. Certification and regulatory decisions remain with the appointed bodies.

Pest Orbit’s IPMS client portal can hold dated service visits, monitoring findings, numbered devices and zones, trend notes and corrective-action ownership and closure. Multi-site visibility and supporting records are defined in the agreed contract. Ask to review the reporting scope before booking.
Can our team review pest activity across several facilities?
Discuss the site list, responsible users, monitoring needs and report format with Pest Orbit. The team can define the access and fields required for your programme. Read the digital reporting and consultancy details.
Pest Control Coverage Across Pakistan
Use one contact point to discuss a single site or a regional portfolio. Pest Orbit’s published consultancy scope includes Karachi, interior Sindh and regional work across Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Sahiwal and Bahawalpur. Site attendance, service type and timing are confirmed against location, access and contract.
Can you arrange service outside the main cities?
Send your city, exact service area, premises type and requested scope. The team will confirm whether local attendance or a planned regional route is available and provide the next steps. A nationwide enquiry does not automatically confirm immediate attendance at every location.
