Certificate verification · pestorbit.com
Anyone — an auditor, a buyer, a food-safety manager — can confirm a Pest Orbit certificate without contacting us. Enter the reference number to see the official record: who it was issued to, when, and whether it is still in date.
Pest control paperwork is among the most commonly forged documents in the food supply chain. A PDF on a letterhead proves nothing on its own — anyone can produce one in an afternoon. What separates a real certificate from a convincing imitation is whether an independent party can look it up.
No account, no phone call, no waiting for our office to open.
Every certificate carries one in the bottom-left corner. It opens this page with the record already loaded.
Printed at the top left of the certificate and repeated beneath the QR code, together with an eight-character integrity code.
The name, the site, the issue date and the expiry date must match. If they do not, the document in your hand is not the certificate we issued — and we want to know about it.
Four independent marks carry the same identity. An edit has to defeat all of them at once, and still agree with a register it cannot reach.
Each reference carries its own site code, month and serial, so no two certificates can share a number — and the number itself names the site it belongs to.
An eight-character code derived from the reference, the holder and both dates. Alter any one of them and the printed code stops matching the record.
The PDF holds a single 300 dpi image — no fonts, no text layer. Open it in Word and there is simply nothing to retype.
Half-millimetre security printing under the rule and around the QR code, generated from the certificate's own reference. It smears the moment it is copied.
Our Integrated Pest Management programmes and training are delivered to meet the pest-control prerequisite requirements of the food-safety schemes below. Pest Orbit is a service provider, not a certification body — these are the standards our work is designed to satisfy on your site.
Two kinds of certificate, both verifiable on this page.
Issued to a site after Integrated Pest Management service — insecticide and larvaciding treatment, third-generation rodenticide baiting, gel baiting, ULV fogging and monitoring-device servicing. Also covers termite treatment (deemak), fumigation, germ management and deep cleaning, using WHO-recommended, Government of Pakistan registered products.
Issued to people at three levels: entomologist (programme design, resistance management, audit defence), technician (safe application, device servicing, record keeping) and site personnel (awareness, housekeeping discipline, reporting). Each level has its own syllabus, assessment and pass mark.
Service certificates lapse on their expiry date. Every training certificate is valid for one year; extension requires a refresher session and a newly issued certificate. This page always tells you which side of that date you are on.
If a certificate has lapsed, the site is running without current pest-control cover and should be re-inspected. If a document fails verification, send it to us — we take misuse of our name seriously and will confirm the true position in writing.
